Community Service

Community Service is a form of unpaid voluntary work or service to fulfill necessary hours required for school, court ordered judgement, and/or benefits of the community. At Family Bridge, Inc. volunteer duties and hours can be provided in conjunction with authorized documentation or electronic notification that community service has to be rendered. All required community hours must be reviewed and approved at least 2 weeks prior to community service deadline. Once community service is completed, an acknowledgement letter will be sent to all necessary parties. FB, Inc. has the right to approve or deny community service request due to certain circumstances that doesn't comply to the morals and standards of Family Bridge, Inc.

Permission for Photo/Social Media Release Statement

I, hereby grant Family Bridge Inc., all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings but not limited to all of Family Bridge Inc.'s printed and digital publications including all social media platforms. I understand and agree that any photograph using my image will become property of Family Bridge Inc.

I acknowledge that since my participation with Family Bridge inc. is voluntary, I will receive NO financial compensation.

I have read this release and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I, hereby acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand the Waiver of Liability form regarding my responsibilities as a Volunteer for Family Bridge, Inc.
